I write this to let women out there know that they are not alone and will get through this illness with help. Do not be afraid to speak up and talk about your feelings. Seek medical attention as soon as possible if you feel something is wrong.

Can't wait
Ok..I thought the book would be here today..but it was not in the mailbox :( Hopefully it will be here on Monday. I just cannot wait to hold it in my hands and get it out there...until Monday's mail...
My goal when I started this blog was to help any person out there, whether it be a woman or man; father or mother; sister or brother; husband or wife, know that they are not alone. Postpartum Depression is an illness that effects not only women, but the entire family. Please feel free to comment on any post and share your feelings on any topic discussed. Again, please see your doctor if you are not sure if you are having any signs of postpartum depression.
I am going to try and find articles that pertain to all different aspects and just share my own experience along the way. I would love to hear comments from anyone following my blog! Thanks for reading!
I am a full time mother and take care of my 3 year old son. I also have my own business and I just came out with a book on Postpartum Depression. My goal is to spread the word about PPD and let others know that is is ok to talk about and that nobody is alone.
