I write this to let women out there know that they are not alone and will get through this illness with help. Do not be afraid to speak up and talk about your feelings. Seek medical attention as soon as possible if you feel something is wrong.

Do not worry
I was reading a comment today on another site that had to do with setbacks. It happens. We should not worry if we are on medication and then go off, then feel if we need to take it again. I have read articles that say it takes time for our bodies to adjust. Please do not feel ashamed if this also happens. The best thing is to talk to professionals and get help if you need it again. There is no shame in getting help. Just remember to talk to loved ones, therapists, friends; get your feelings out there. It really helps!
